Senate honors Oklahoma Principal of the Year

OKLAHOMA CITY –D.D. Kirkland Elementary School Principal Ashley Hoggatt was recently honored by the Oklahoma Senate after the Oklahoma Association of Elementary School Principals (OAESP) named Hoggatt Principal of the Year.
