OKLAHOMA CITY – Senators Carri Hicks, D-Oklahoma City, Julia Kirt, D-Oklahoma City, and Kevin Matthews, D-Tulsa, were invited participants at a recent White House meeting to learn more about the positive impact federal investments are making throughout Oklahoma and share opportunities to seek bipartisan solutions to ongoing challenges facing communities and families. 

OKLAHOMA CITY – Sen. Carri Hicks has received approval from the Senate Retirement and Insurance Committee for Senate Bill 1581, requiring pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) to make patients and their insurance companies the top consideration when negotiating prescription drug plans.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Sen. Carri Hicks said a bill removing state oversight of family child care homes would leave Oklahoma infants and children at risk.
