Sen. Mann comments on Texas Legislature not funding Heartland Flyer

OKLAHOMA CITY – Sen. Mark Mann, D-Oklahoman City, issued the following statement after the Texas Legislature did not fund its portion of the cost for the Heartland Flyer passenger train. Without the funding, the line will be suspended on or before Oct. 1.
