Senator Bullard Responds After Severe Weather Hits Southeastern Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY – Sen. David Bullard, R-Durant, issued the following statement after severe weather and likely tornadic storms on Tuesday damaged homes and businesses in Atoka and Pushmataha counties.

“My family and I are praying for those affected by the storms that caused so much destruction in Atoka and Pushmataha Counties. Please reach out to my office if we can assist or offer guidance if you have had damage because of these storms. Please be sure to report any damage to your local authorities. Oklahomans have always united in times like these to help one another rebuild, and that is exactly what must happen now. We will build back better."

The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management is asking residents and business owners affected by recent storms to report damage at damage.ok.gov to help local emergency managers with cleanup and recovery efforts.
