SB 88(1) (Rabon/Erwin): Adds to the list of persons who may purchase a disability fishing license postal employees receiving disability benefits who are legal residents and have resided in Oklahoma for at least six months. Effective 4-7-99

SB192(1) (Price/Hutchinson): Allows persons who are currently on active duty in the United States Armed Forces or a member of the National Guard to purchase a hunting license without having to complete a hunter safety certification program. Effective 4-5-99
