SB 389(1) (Helton/Smith (Hopper): Allows officers and enlisted men and women in the active service of this state to receive the same allowances as paid for the same rank or grade of service in the Army or Air Force of the United States, unless the State of Oklahoma provides lodging quarters and meals for those personnel. This bill also repeals Section 46 of Title 44 of the Oklahoma Statutes, which relates to certain equipment reimbursements. Effective 7-1-99

SB 390(1) (Helton/Smith (Hopper): Provides for qualified civilian staffing in the military mentor program administered by the Oklahoma Military Department and authorizes the architect for the armory buildings to be selected by a board appointed by the Adjutant General of the State of Oklahoma.
