SB 849
(Herbert/Dunegan): Increases the hours in which a
seasonal employee shall be employed during a calendar year
within the Tourism and Recreation Department from 999 hours
to 1199 hours.
SB 850
(Herbert/Dunegan): Authorizes the Tourism and Recreation
Commission to enter into a contract for management services
at the Quartz Mountain Arts and Conference Center. The
contract may be entered into on one-year periods, renewable
at the sole option of the Commission, but not to exceed a
cumulative period of fifty years. This measure also requires
the Commission to comply with all applicable provisions of
any outstanding bond indenture (s) before entering into any
such contract.

1003 (Herbert/McCarter): Authorizes the Tourism and
Recreation Commission to enter into contracts or management
services at Texoma Lodge.
