SB 263 (Littlefield/Adair) Authorizes the Oklahoma Department of Tourism and Recreation to establish a pilot entrance fee program and rates for entry into the Dripping Springs State Park in Delaware county.

SB 310 (Herbert/McCarter): Would have authorized creation of a public trust to be known as the Tourism and Recreation Trust Authority with members of the Tourism and Recreation Commission serving as trustees. The Authority would have been able to issue revenue bonds and to enter into joint operating agreements with private entities for the purpose of constructing, operating, expanding, developing and marketing Lake Texoma Lodge and golf course. (Failed in the Legislature)

SB 328 (Herbert/Dunegan): Would have expanded authority of the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department related to construction projects. (VETOED)
