SB 1393(1) (Ford/Bryant): States legislative intent that the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education establish a loan repayment program for secondary level mathematics and science teachers. Provides for loan repayments not to exceed the average cost of resident tuition and fees for a three-year period to teachers who serve as mathematics or science teachers in a secondary level public school for a minimum of five years.
