Senate Budget Leaders Comment on Revenue Projections

Senator Johnnie Crutchfield (D-Ardmore):  Todays revenue projections by the State Board of Equalization are a testament to a strong economy and shows that Oklahoma is truly on the move.  These numbers are also a clear indication to anyone looking to relocate here, that Oklahomans work hard and our state is open for business.
                       
Senator Mike Johnson (R-Kingfisher):  As we prepare to begin our work on the state budget, it is not only important to remember the obligations we must fund from past sessions, but also make sound budget decisions that will put Oklahoma in a position to continue to grow and prosper as we enter our second century of statehood.
