Statement by Senate GOP Leader Glenn Coffee

Senate Republican Leader Glenn Coffee made the following statement regarding Democrat Senate President Pro Tempore Mike Morgan’s decision to bring the State Senate back into special session.

“Senate Republicans will do the jobs our constituents elected us to do by reporting to work next week for the special session. Public safety issues are very important to the members of the Senate Republican caucus, and we look forward to finding the best possible solution to the chronic under-funding that has plagued public safety agencies in the State of Oklahoma for so many years,” stated Coffee, R-Oklahoma City.
