Retirement System; allowing certain member to receive certain service

purpose of this meeting is for the Committee to consider whether to refer SB
53 and SB 616 to the Legislative Actuary for an acturial investigation
pursuant to the provisions of the OPLAAA
Requires a majority vote of the total membership of the Committee in order to
