Charles Wyrick, age 48, is the current State Senator for District I in Oklahoma, making his home in Fairland, Oklahoma.  Senator Wyrick and his wife, Pamela, have been married for 29 years.  They have two sons – Michael and his wife, Wendy, who have a one-year-old daughter, Josilynn; and Randy and his wife, Crystal, who have been married three years.  Senator Wyrick graduated as co-valedictorian from Fairland High School.

1998 to 2006 – served as representative of the Southeast Council of Dairy Farmers of America, which is the nation’s largest milk marketing cooperative with retail sales exceeding six billion dollars and members in 48 states.

As District 1 Senator, Senator Wyrick’s committee memberships for the 2005 to 2006 legislation session included: Appropriations Subcommittee on Natural Resources and Regulatory Services, General Government, Tourism and Wildlife, Vice-Chair of Agricultural and Rural Development, and Chair of Public Safety and Homeland Security.
