Rules

The Senate Rules Committee primarily handles legislative policy relating to election laws, ethics, administrative rule procedure and proposed constitutional amendments.  The state agencies interested in matters of the committee include the State Election Board, the Ethics Commission and executive agencies generally regarding the rule-making process.
